A Little History

For more than twenty years, the CSA has provided an outreach to the church softball community of York County. A field of dreams somewhat, the two field complex located on S. Shiloh Rd (York, SC) was built by Paul Allred for the purpose of offering youngsters of all ages an alternative to "city" leagues at the time. The complex soon became the home of the CSA, known then simply as the Eastview League. Organizers at the time were from nearby Eastview Baptist Church. The league eventually offered an Adult Co-Ed division as an outlet for the parents who had watched many games involving their youngsters. The league has hosted more than fifty teams in five divisions. The 2010 Season is upon us and the quality of the league and the fun and fellowship enjoyed helps the CSA to continue at a healthy pace.
